NEED FOR HOUSE PARENTSWe urgently need house parents to provide a stable family environment for students helping them with their problems and giving spiritual and practical counsel in a parental role. These posts would ideally suit mature couples, with the pastoral experience of dealing with men and women with deep rooted problems in their lives. The first of our new houses for extended family units will be completed in December 2009, and we would ideally like couples or individual support workers to arrive a few months beforehand for training. We then need houseparents to live in the next 2 new houses being built, due to be finished Successful canditates will live in on a community basis, along with the majority of other staff at Gilead.
