SPONSOR A STUDENT Like the Good Samaritan Jesus spoke of, who paid someone to take care of the wounded man he helped until they were fully recovered, you too can become a Samaritan. By donating £5 a month you can help fund a student to come for rehabilitation at Gilead. On average it costs £372 p/week over the 60 week program for each student. But it is very difficult to find this funding. Or perhaps you would help sponsor a community member / volunteer, which costs Gilead £866 per month for all living and mortgage costs. They all work long hours, caring for those we halp, as well as working in the practical areas to try and increase income. In return they receive all their living costs and an average of £30 per week cash allowance - plus the reward of seeing lives unlocked and changed. BECOME AN ORGANIC MILK CUSTOMER! If you live in the Okehampton area, you can help support Gilead by having our organic milk delivered to your doorstep. Every litre of milk sold as a door step sale gives us a profit of 30p.
